EU and non-EU countries

EU countries: 30€  (up to 1kg) and 33€ (up to 2kg).  

Non-EU countries: 34€(up to 1kg) and 40€ (up to 2kg). For other possible options please contact via email or DM on Instagram.

As we are based in Arctic, Northern Norway, we are often reliable on weather conditions in winter, therefore all confirmed orders are shipped within 1-3 days. Once the order is made, the tracking number will be sent to your email during 3 days.

For all customers in Norway shipping prices are fixed. The system will calculate the shipping price. You can also purchase one item and wait for the next collections to ship all together in one package. In this case, please leave a note at checkout.

We have an option Collective order for buyers abroad. You can use it if you want to buy multiple large items. Please leave a note at checkout, the shipping charges will be recalculated, as we need to summarize the size & the weight. You can also purchase one item and wait for the next collections to ship all together in one package. In this case, please leave a note at checkout.

You can use the option Self pick-up for the pop-up event or for a private meetup. Please leave a note at checkout.  

Vintage and second-hand items may have slight imperfections due to age and previous wear. Please appreciate them for their character. All measurements and possible defects mentioned in the description. We advise to compare measurements with a similar item you have at home. We are always happy to provide further information and photos if needed. 

If you received a wrong order, you will get a shipping label to send it back to us. The correct order will be sent as soon as possible and you will get a 10% discount on your next order in a shop. It is still a one woman operating business, and some mistakes can occur. 

If your package was damaged by post, we kindly advise you to contact your local post for the possible compensation.

 

All items are for final sale, and by chance please avoid unnecessary returns by passing the item to someone else. However, you can change the item or return your purchase within 14 days after delivery. Please contact us via scandicmama@gmail.com within 2 days after receiving the purchase. Shipping back has to be traceable and all costs are covered by the buyer. The item must be in the same condition as it was sent to the customer. The refund will be made after receiving and checking the condition of the item

Scandicmama is not responsible for any delays, given wrong address or lost packages once sent. If your order is lost by post, please contact us, and we will kindly assist you in further investigation. If a package is officially accepted as lost in the post, it will be fully compensated by the post.
